We only offer store credit, no refunds. Just for Badass Women reserves the right to deny any returns. No cash returns/exchanges.
All returns will be offered in the form of a store credit only.
There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:
- Clearance/Final Items
- Made to order or custom work/designs/digital content.
- Final Sale Items such as jewelry, masks, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, leggings/yoga pants, hair accessories/hats/beanies, socks, swimwear, undergarments, socks and eyewear.
- For Hygienic purposes and the best interest of our customers, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items.
Items must be returned within 10 days from the date your items are delivered, picked up in store or purchased. Items must be in *original condition with original tags. within 10 days to receive store credit via gift card.
*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.
Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor; has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached.
Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE/SALE and is not eligible for return.
Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn
We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE, as long as it is in stock! You may exchange your item for another item, if we do not have another size.
Online Sales or Live Sales: All online or live sale order cancellation requested prior to shipping/fulfillment will be processed with a 15% restocking/cancellation fee.
NO EXCEPTIONS. All returns will be refunded (MINUS RESTOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING COSTS). ALL RETURNS ARE HANDLED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE RETAILER. Just for Badass Women reserve the right to deny any returns for store credit. Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Original invoice must be in included in your return package.
